This weekend I tried downloading an e book on kindle app which told me "not on this appliance". i needed help setting it up and the man was not your usual happy, cheerful kind. User ( 03:53) I have always been pleased with Store service until I received my second I pad. Definitely ask for Greg if you go there since he is a cool dude. Very happy with their customer support and service. He then spent time with me to set it up since this is my first MacBook. Greg took the time to understand my needs for laptop I want to purchase and made good recommendations. Came a cross one of their associates and he was super nice / Helpful. Great service! And after we described what we needed help with, the employee took a very long time to figure out what to do. There are many employees just standing around talking to each other which is very discouraging to see. Been waiting an hour and they only help one person maybe every 25 min at best. When I said, probably switch to Samsung and he told me you should definitely do, then turn around and walk away. I showed up to the store and one of the representatives told me to come to the store every day at 9 in the morning and check availiability bymyself because nobody else can help me with it. Third time coming to the store in the morning to buy iPhone x. User ( 22:08) The worst service I ever had. Its been over an hour and the chat has crashed twice on me. I set up the chat and it says we will get to you in 2 minutes. Then second time I try a chat because I do not want to go there again. I was there for 4 hours trying to get service. Then they said they would put me to the top of the list and I would be next. First time I went with an appointment, they cancelled it because they claimed I got up from my seat.
